Re: Interesting KK hand

[ QUOTE ]
Interesting analysis. I find myself slowplaying the flop more often than people on here, probably need to adjust that.

[/ QUOTE ]

You can't slowplay here because you will get a ton...

Re: Interesting KK hand

Reads would be nice. You have to 3 bet the flop. There's a lot of value that you left behind there. You pretty much have the nuts against any sane player's pf capping range.

Bet the turn for...

Button seems to have a clue based on his stats. No way he calls the raise if he doesn't have a flush and was bluffing.

Re: PP10 - TPTK runs into CR

I play this the same. Given your read on BB, it's safe to say we're almost always beat. After you raised his flop donk, he still check-raises to trap CO. Still, I can't lay down TPTK on a pretty...

Re: I get fancy...

If you are going to check the turn then why not check-3bet? MP is likely going to call. Button seems to have a clue based on his stats. No way he calls the raise if he doesn't have a flush and was...

Re: baronzeus attempts to turn $60 into $15000 (15BB challenge)

GL. Bets on when he busts out? I'm guessing maybe 20/40 to 30/60 range or is that generous? Depends on the size of your lucksack.

Re: Question for 10/20 players

I think tstone brought it up in another thread that he's referring to the Absolute shorthanded games at mid-higher limits. I feel exactly the same way in that it has improved my game quite a lot. ...

Re: Quick Checkup: 3 Hands

In hand 1 it looks like its 7:1 for a call on the turn. If the villain is really aggro with overs (or likes to semi-bluff raise when he picks up a backdoor flush draw) you might be...

Re: 2nd nut flush on four flush board

[ QUOTE ]
how is raising the turn here?

I think a turn raise is bad in this situation. With a low flush card, a raise seems like an obvious semibluff attempt. Basically the 3...

Re: ATo river discision..

Bet-fold. You bet for value because there's a wide range of worse hands that could call you. A lower ace, a pocket, some pair, etc. It's unlikely that a worse hand will raise (a bluff), especially...

Re: Question for 10/20 players

I play 4 tables comfortably. 6 for 6max is where I feel like I start making more suboptimal decisions. Plus I could 4 table forever, and 6 tables burns me out pretty fast.

Okay. Giving away free cards in your situation is not terrible. You could be beaten badly or they could be drawing quite live to a flush draw, and you aren't gonna be getting them out.

I still...

Re: river clear as mud

I bet the river and if raised, call because he is lag and tricky. A hand like 4x with 2 clubs could easily play like that, or any other club draw. It's doubtful that a club draw that didn't spike a...

I generally like to 3-bet the flop for value against his large checkraising range and bet the turn and river. He could c/r with any K, 7, 4, PP, 56, or hands that have you crushed (although I think...

Re: 5-10 UB Heads up: two hands vs an aggressive

Hand 1 I fold pf except vs the tighest opponents. Even with position, if he's defending with a large number of hands as he should be 25s is far too weak HU. Given that, I fold the flop. 6 outs...
