If that program doesn't work, try using one of the bootable Knoppix (linux variant) cds and getting into the HD that way. I think they even make a distro that is specifically designed as a rescue...

Unless you want to learn how to handcode, you're going to need a WYSIWYG editor. These "what you see is what you get" editors basically let you create a page and then the code is automatically...
