I can think of many hands that a LAG would play in this fashion and very few of them are ahead of hero. Yes against this type of player TP2K is worth all my chips. I've noticed a theme in your posts...

This makes no sense at all. If you're ahead on the turn you're still ahead on the river. If you're not ahead on the turn why are you calling? OP said villian is LAG so how do you come to the...

At some point you need to raise, c/c is not a very good strategy. Given the texture of this board I would prefer to raise the flop. JMO
