Re: What am I thinking?

Thanks guys. I was mostly concerned with the PF raise and the river value bet. Thanks for the support.

What am I thinking?

Pacific Poker - $1/$2 (6 handed)

Table is extremely loose/passive. I am the only person who has raised preflop so far, I have already played many orbits.

Hero is Button with...

Re: AKs, I pump this right?

I think I would 3 bet this flop the first time around instead of cold calling and hoping No Read 3 bets for you.

Button already cold called 3 bets PF, so he will probably have no problem calling...

Re: pocket 10s multi pot

Would anyone like to explain to me why we aren't betting this flop? The pot isn't EXTREMELY small and we have a pair higher than second pair. Wouldn't you bet in this spot if you had A9s? No one...

Re: River Value Bet OK?

Thanks, just making sure I'm still sane.

Hero bets, UTG raises, MP folds, CO folds, Hero ???

Easy fold correct?

TT UTG

Pacific Poker 1-2
6 players, 6 max

BB is loose preflop, he will play any two. He has shown moderate aggression postflop.

Raise flop instead of turn? Fold to turn 3 bet? Fold to river bet?

Thanks for the advice guys.

My concern is that villain will fold when you have him beat, three-bet when it's a chop and just call your raise when he holds a Q.

Isn't this a good thing?

Good river check?

Pacific .50/1 (3 handed/6max)

Both players are loose and passive preflop and fairly aggressive postflop. They have both been bluffing frequently, BB even tried a check-raise river bluff a few...

Re: When you do not want overcalls

I've tried to do this once, but failed.

I don't have the HH, but there was a complete maniac at the table. A solid player raised UTG, maniac 3 bet, I cold called with JJ in the BB to see if solid...

Re: third to the flush falls on the river

Newbie here so don't expect much.

Personally, I would call in this spot. UTG+1 waking up does not always mean he has made a flush, especially since the flush was backdoor. UTG+1 could possibly...

No one folds this flop for two bets against two passive players? BB is representing an overpair and MP3 is representing the jack, I would only give myself two outs plus a slight chance of having the...

Interesting AJo hand

OK, I know I made some mistakes in this hand. I was confused on every street except the river. 2nd hand at the table, so no reads on CO or button.

Re: Confused BB Flush Draw

A 3-bet on the flop is almost certainly very +EV, right? I'm surprised to see that only one or two people have suggested this. Am I missing something?

noob question here...

Is hero's limp with J9s in the CO with only one limper in front of him +EV?
