Re: a thought on tipping dealers

As a dealer I have enjoyed our new shuffling machines to the fullest. I am now up to 20 hands every half hour vs 18 manually shuffling and benefit greatly with the tips. At first the players were...

Re: B&M Hourly rates for $2/$5 NLHE

I deal 2/5 Hold Em four days a week. I am not sure if it can be beaten due to the nature of the house take + tips + bad beat allocation. 2/5 tends to have bigger tippers in the game coupled with a...

Pocket 66\'s six handed. First place World Series bound.

Just got back from a tournament in Sandia, New Mexico. $150 buy in, 1500 in chips, blinds started at 25/50 with a strange doubling process every thirty minutes. (25/50, 50/100, 100/200, 200/500,...

Re: Dealer Tips

I have no issue letting others know what I make as a dealer. I am not ashamed of what I make and how I make it. The one thing that has kept me going all these years is to be sincere in my thanks...

Re: What Is The Worst, Most Horrible Or Funniest Mistake You Made ......

Mine was sheer luck. I had pocket JJ's vs pocket AA's. Flop came AJ3. We got all our chips in on the flop and the guy was soo excited that he had the nuts he fumbled his cards turning them up and...

Re: Sorry, but I need those chips back.

My only concern with what you have posted is why the floor was not called if this happaned in a casino. Dealers taking matters into their own hands almost always make the matters worse. Trust me, I...

Re: tough SB hand with JJ.

This has nothing to do with proper strategy or whatnot but when I cannot raise/reraise with the Jacks, I seldom play them. In a tournament of assumed average players reraising/raising almost always...

Re: WSOP 2005 $1500 limit event - When should I register?

Friend of mine has already registered due to prompting by Matt Savage. Matt feels that the 1500 event will max at 2000 well before the World Series kicks off. Hope this helps.
