Re: Preflop 5 handed questions

If the limper is weak and/or loose I raise everything except A7o and the queens, which I would fold.

After the message is "ok'd" my computer resolution is huge and it looks like somone splashed psychadelic watercolors all over it.

Re: Playing KJo Preflop

I'd raise all of them. If not, then sb because of position.

Re: does anyone ever find themselves wondering if a site is rigged?

[ QUOTE ]

Look at pi over 10,000 digits and you'll see some digits repeated in strings (3333, 44444, etc.) Odd, but not a lot of folks are posting about pi being rigged.

Re: Is a disregard for money an essential trait to become better?

I had a problem in the beginning when I was on a small bankroll and unsure about my poker play. My fear of losing the money was large and it made me play worse.

After a while and getting used to...

It would be better to play a little bit tighter

Since the 7.5-1 odds are breakeven for a set, and you won't win every time you get a set, and you won't get his money every time you get a set either, you probably shouldn't call for more than 10-1...

Re: LOL - Would you deposit money into this site?

If you learnt how the software actually (mis)functions you could probably abuse it and gain an edge vs other unknowing players.

Re: I don\'t want to be average

I, too want to kill my games. I am satisfied however if I win at least 1,5bb/100 on any given limit.

Keep in mind that the average player has a winrate of between 0 and -2 bb/100, so you are far...

Re: Answer me this... at 1/2 - 3/6 6-max...

I don't limp A7o utg. It looks ugly to me.

The people with whom I discuss 6max primarily (they play it well at 3-6 and 5-10 mostly) generally recommend to never limp first-in preflop.

Then...

Re: Mathematical explanation of having advantage with big stack

This is not true. Try reading anything on the topic written by Ed Miller on this forum, and I hope you will understand why. I'm not the best person to explain it to you.

But in short, it does not...

Re: Password managment and security

I have them written down on a piece of paper in my desk next to my computer. I'm not much afraid of someone stealing it.

Re: sshe by miller

Even a tight low limit game is rather loose. You shouldn't have problems. If it's too tight, don't sit there.

Re: Party Poker deposit/withdraw options other than Neteller

Withdrawal to VISA card works best for me. Very, _very_ fast, (1 or 2 days) and no fees whatsoever.

I think you cannot do this if you live in the US. In Europe, it's by far the best. NETeller...

Re: Does your diet affect your game?

Drinking a lot of water lets me play longer without headaches and with less getting tired. Apart from that I haven't tried many things. Sugar could help for a while, too, but when you really get...

Re: What do you think about this? is it true? or just another scam

I once emailed eurobet about it. They told me it's no danger, just a scam.

Re: P-value for Scandanavian Colluding team?

As soon as someone wins a lot you must suspect them of cheating, is that it?

I suppose it's for the good of the game though. I have no idea, I don't play much tournaments at all, but I suppose it...

Similar hand . Correct fold?

Any comments? I figured that if if was profitable for me it'd be marginal, so I'd rather fold and not take the risk (the risk of wrongly having estimated it to be profitable).

Re: I just realized a huge - no a gigantic - leak in my game

I seem to lose concentration as I play longer. When I moved up to 1/2 I went up like a rocket for...

I see this all the time while playing online. I think you are too kind when you call it Amnesia, forgetfulness, or whatever. It's rather some kind of complex and need to attack other people to make...

Re: 2/4 Rivered Nut flush... 4bet?

Can you really call it a nut flush when it isn't the nuts? Just being a flush, I mean, it's a bit confusing. From the topid I'd say why not cap the nuts on the river, then I see you don't have the...

Re: AJo: MIDDLE pair and lots of action

I think I would fold the flop. He's not betting out as a bluff against two people and a preflop raise, is he?

I put him on a king and a mediocre kicker, an AK would not limp under the gun and...
