The right answer from this spot is fold. The righter answer was to not try the steal with crap and a small M in the first place unless you push.

That being said, a major weakness I have on nights...

If you go all in 4x in a row with a 75% chance to win.. then you only win all 4 31% of the time.

I cuss the bad beats as much as the next guy. It truly seems I only get knocked out when I get my chips in the middle with the lead and get sucked out on. But after reading this and a few other...

Re: TPNK versus UTG+1 miniraiser

I'm suspicious of a min raise from early position. Soooo many people min raise Aces or Kings in early position. Top pair, weak kicker, back door flush draw, back door str8 draw - check raise...hmmm....

Re: 77 UTG

Easy preflop push....use the 10x BB rule. You have less than 10x BB, instapush.

Re: Strategy question on getting deep

Thanks Joseph.
I like the other options, like reraising but not all in and then betting the flop. A weakness I have tho, is say the flop is Qxx - I bet, he calls. Turn is a T. What's my move? ...

The last three nights in a row, I've busted out of the Stars $3 and $5 rebuy guaranteed tourneys about mid-way through the third hour. The scenario was very similar in all situations.

For...

Re: 33 in MP on a turbo Math help needed

Ok, 7.5:1 to hit a set thanks. Do you have pokerstove to run 33 vs say any pair TT - AA or would the odds be the same?

My thought was I score big if I hit the set, otherwise it's check fold.

Re: PS $750K super sat - bubble hand, everyone is short

How long till blinds move to 5000/10000? If real close to the blind increase, I may stall a little and lay it down and let stogiesmoker take the $10k Big Blind hit. Otherwise, its a puke and call.
