Re: overplayed?

I don't hate this...he could be raising a whole lot of worse hands despite the low AF. At this point I might want to check his showdowns won %, and if it's high then maybe just call down but if it's...

Re: Getting rolled by the slowplayers

[ QUOTE ]
This is a very situational thing. You'd probably do better to post some questionable hands.

Getting rolled by the slowplayers

Just checking up if this situation is common or just a rough streak of variance--

Recently I've lost a chunk of BB's to people who are slowplaying big pairs by limping with JJ+ or just calling a...

Trying to get back into short-handed. Feels like there is more to be won than full ring.

Re: KJo- OOP

Thanks for the good advice here. I guess I should clarify the action even more though - on the flop i checked, fishy checked, Co bet and Button just called. If the button folded, a check/raise would...

Re: Is this realistic poker plan

Like I mentioned, the BB/100 was just heuristic...if you start at 1.5bb/100 at two tables, then after your hand discussions and study you would in theory get better, but then you add another table so...

Are you going to start a business of poker players? I'm assuming a 5 day work week for this. BB/100 is also heuristic.

Re: The old AK problem

How is it four-handed if only SB, BB and Hero are in the hand?

That being said I might raise and try a free card play, assuming MHIG if I catch an A or K.
