Re: TPTK versus the four-flush river - AQo

Definitely check, he could have a low flush, str8 or two pair or slowplaying a high/nut flush as well. There are simply too many hands that beats you and too few I think he would call you with.

Re: How do you handle a mini-raise with TPTK?

Generally in these kinds of situations I think it is a very weak play to give up this easily, and I thnik muzunguīs reasoning was good. I think you will be up against jacks with worse kickers quite...

Re: This Hand Put Me on Tilt....

Re: 5/10 nl game

I would say that the question here is whether u would reraise and try to get it allin on the flop or if you should just call hoping the turn wonīt destroy either your hand or his hand.

I would...

Thanks for the analyze!

Thanks for the analyze, Buzz! I appreciate it.

As your calculations say, a fold would be better. Another point to consider is that the game was a quite good game and I had no more money if I lose...

Re: Good enough Omaha draw to call on turn?

I called figuring I had some outs. The river came /images/graemlins/club.gif2, giving both a third club and a paired table, but no flush or full house was out there. LP and Button split the pot with...

Good enough Omaha draw to call on turn?

Hi!

Just got home from the local casino where a pot-limit dealers choice game is held. The blinds are 50-100 SEK (Swedish crowns) and the game this round is Omaha.

Interesting players:

Re: What do you do in this spot?NL 5/10 blinds casino boat

First of all I think his call preflop seems a little strange unless he actually has a decent pocket pair himself. He might also call with a lower pocket pair hoping to get some other players into the...

Re: Throw me a friggin bone here

The point of a bigger re-raise from you is both to make SB pay more to see the turn and to put late limper on some pressure. Even if you know you have SB beat you donīt want to give him a turn card...

Re: Throw me a friggin bone here

I would bet out about the pot here on the flop - not going for the checkraise unless you know almost for sure that late limper will come out betting here if checked to.

In your situation when SB...

Re: JJ at a crazy table

I would raise all-in without hesitation here and even if you get two calls - lets say by AK and KQ you have over 40% chance to take down the pot. This is the kind of hands you are looking for in this...
