I tend to look at a hand like j10s utg as a questonable hand to be playing out of that spot. Hands like that I tend to raise up. Make a hand like KJo call a raise to play.

preflop it's auto reraise.
Flop you could make an argument for calling there but I don't mess around with these kinds of hands. I reraise here almost 90% of the time.

Generally when I moved up in limits I started by taking shots. Play in the game if there's a seat while you're waiting for your 3-6 seat. Give it a go. The game will be different with more players...
