Re: Raising then autobetting missed flops. (Warning: 10 hands)

I have a similar leak as you so I appreciate you posting these hands and hearing what everyone thinks on them. Here is what I would probably do (take it with a grain of salt and you are probably best...

Re: This kind of hand is why I can\'t win anymore...

Numeri/Roadstar,

Thanks for the replies. I guess with more than one opponent and the no foldem attitude at the micro-limits I really have to slow down on my continuation bets with just overs. It’s...

Re: This kind of hand is why I can\'t win anymore...

I think this is one of my biggest leaks and it's something I don't know how to fix without feeling weak/passive. I make continuation bets maybe too much and need to reign in the blind agression I...

Re: Waiting for the turn to raise?

I suppose this would fall under the exploiting small edges when you have them? Would you still go the raise/call/call line (assuming no scary cards come out) with something as low as 99 with a...

Re: A6o blind steal w/ table coach

I'd be interested in hearing what some of your thresholds would be with a player like this. When do you give him credit for having something? Or because of the players tendencies do you go to the end...

Re: further reading

Do you really think the jump from .5/1 6max to 1/2 6max is that much? I recently made the change and while I have taken a small downswing I don't feel like the game is any harder (at party). After...

Re: Party vs. Stars

I doubt this is really a factor at the lowest buy-in SNG's on either site. The level of play is terrible at both for the 5 buyin level.

Re: NL is too much fun! But how do you stay proficient at other games?

Thanks for the ideas on this. I guess that I'll have to switch between the two more consciously. Maybe every 3rd session I'll switch back to limit for awhile just to stay fresh. I think if I can do...

Re: Question from my first session (reposted form mid-high stakes)

I think he means are you at risk of having a large stack push in after your call to try to isolate.

NL is too much fun! But how do you stay proficient at other games?

First time post but long time lurker.

I just got through my first 2000 hands playing low limit ($10-$25 buy-in) NL online and had a blast doing it. Before this I've played a good chunk of .5/1...
