AA on the bubble in the SB - How to extract value?

Hello All

I have AA in the SB against another large stack, so how do I get value for them? The BB is a solid player and is not reckless, so a I don't think a push would do anything as he is likely...

Re: $10+1: Help me out, no clue what to do with limpers.

FWIW - I would do the same with hands 2 and 3 (tho thats prolly why I am still playing this level /images/graemlins/smile.gif)

hand 1 is tricky coz he will prolly call with any two, and your 3 is...

Re: Too aggressive with JJ?

I wouldn't think so - if you lose to 77 or AA well you are unlucky - seems perfect to me, hoping he has A7 at this point

Cheers

Re: AJo push after minraise and a call (8-handed)

Suicidal? Yes, AJ eight handed is not that good (as I have learnt to my cost!)wth 2 still to act behind you as well as Donkey and Fish.

Wait and pick a better spot - the problem you have is that...

Re: ($10+$1) Is this worth a coin flip?

Thanks for all the responses - I can see from SC's response why you are all saying fold it, it is vulnerable because of the range of cards the villians probably have and because there are 2 of them...

Re: ($10+$1) Is this worth a coin flip?

I would stil be inclined to push even with that, given my short stack (but hey thats prolly why I am still playing at this level!)

I wouldn't be...

Re: ($10+$1) Is this worth a coin flip?

Hero has 6BB with A9, facing a min raise and people are saying fold?

Why would villian min raise? AA or KK springs to mind, or some other PP or AK and he hopes people think he has AA/KK

I...

Re: $11s: back to basics

??? I am really confused here ???

You dont raise with 10 10 because you don't want to build a large pot as anyone who calls and misses wont pay you off, so you let them limp in for nothing and...

Re: new strategy?

No one limps with AA?? LOL - I see it all the time at the $1 to $5 tables - they think they are being clever and want to get 'value' for their rockets, only to be caught calling an all in on the flop...

I am trying to log my hand histories to review them and get better at SNG's. I am currently playing on Victor Chandlers and it only seems to save a few hands or so (about 100 hands).
