I think the likeliest holding for villain is a lower pocket pair. You need to bring him in on this one...make it look like you havent hit. He may push with TT, 99.

I would consider making a smaller bet. Maybe 15 or so. I want villain to call, and anything he calls on the flop will make him pot committed on the turn. A flush draw is unlikely, so you are hoping...
