I'd call them back again and demand to speak to a manager - be polite but indignant; if you spoke to them at 4am last night the head goons probably weren't around so the call center gave you a run...

That's a new one - did you get the standard Paypro phone call after opening up the wife's account? Usually they leave you alone after that.
