Question about index fund

I own the E*Trade SP index fund (etspx)...

I am curious how the SP500 went up 1 point today (.09%) yet the ETSPX went down -.4%

How is that possible?

When I was at the Morongo, I speficially asked one of the "dealers" if its possible to count the game, and he said "nope", because they use 20 decks (Ace-6) and only penetrate like a fourth of one...

Opponent raises 15 preflop, I call with 46o. Flop is 7...
