Re: (22) Push, but tight raiser...

I'd probably fold.

You have a read that UTG is tight, so he needs a pretty good hand to play rom that position when he has 15 BBs. His minraise is just begging for action and is showing a lot of...

Re: Which is better, more tables at lower buyin or vice versa?

It depends.

What's better?
Higher hourly rate? Lower variance? Better chance at improving skill?

Even if you were to say hourly rate, it's quite possible that someone could have a higher...

Re: OT: Excerpted by Citanul: Proving I\'m not a bot

Just my 2 cents.

Most of what I read doesn't prove that Juicy is a bot.
Juicy plays a lot of tables for many hours... so what.
Juicy doesn't click the popups.... So what... I've missed popups...

You can write a bot that can win you 15K, but you can't code it to click the little pop-ups or to cash out.

Re: Are the ROI\'s in the FAQ really attainable

[ QUOTE ]
I do recall people saying that the 33s aren't worth it, that people should skip straight to the 55s from the 22s, but that's totally different IMO. And probably wrong.

Re: (22) Is this too weak tight/

If I'm multitabling, I'll usually push this, since I don't like to have to think about many tough decisions.

If I'm just playing 1 or 2 tables, I'd probably call and actually play post-flop.

just because that's when their servers received your packets, doesn't mean you made those decisions within milliseconds. and if you have two ISP's then that would make even more sense.

It's very hard to make any recommendations without knowing how often the blinds are raised and what the payout structure is. All we know is you have 24 BBs and are contemplating pushing into lots or...

Re: SnG Hand, ever fold here to get ITM? (LC)

What are the blinds currently at? As the blinds get bigger, your cards matter less. What is the buyin, $33 ??

Typical bubble theory for SNGs would suggest you stay away from the big stack with...

Re: is this the 35% rule in action or am I a donkey?

If you read the rest of that thread, some very good players give good advice stating that the 35% rule applies to PF and not to after the flop.

Either bet less PF or fold PF.

Re: Two $22 hands I need help with.

Hand 1:
Wait for better position to push. You have 7BBs and aren't desperate yet.
