Re: Your opinion, please!

This play is getting ruled wrong in most places since the popularity of tournament poker has grown. The big questions here are did you keep control of your cards and does your cardroom only allow...

Re: Caesars IN/Belterra Limits

I've been playing mostly at Belterra lately. It has a lot of low limit stuff, (2-4, 3-6, 4-8) but has a really nice 10-20 and 2-5 NL $400 max game. They also get off 15-30 & 20-40 sometimes. I...

Re: Belterra Friday Night?

If money is getting added to the table, it's after the stacks have been built off of the fish. You really need to get there when the game starts or the big stacks are at least around $1000-$1500...

Re: Belterra Friday Night?

I'll be there sometime in the early afternoon. You can always recognize me this time of year in a poker room because of the Cincinnati Reds gear I wear. I'll either be in the NL game or the highest...

Re: LAGging up a $2/4 game at Belterra

Don't worry about it. I returned the favor to Kevin with my pocket 5's versus QQ on Saturday morning. Still averaged over 200 BB per day for the trip. Thursday was a killer though...I'll be back this...

Re: Chicago Area Poker Rooms - Help

Trump would be a nice room for you. If I were you, I'd move up to the 6-12 game here. It's eligible for the bad beat and you can create some nice pots with the kill.

Re: Early Review of Belterra (Indiana) Poker Room

This is my favorite room in Indiana right now. Not the largest, or the highest limits...but by far the softest room in the area. Can't say I've met a bad dealer yet, (I still think the dealers in...

Re: Road Trip: Looking for Casinos with Poker or Poker Rooms enroute..

While in South Bend, you can go to Resorts or Trump Casinos in Gary. Big No-Limit games on the weekend at Trump and good Limit action at Resorts. You can see one from the other, so go to both!

Re: First Trip to Trump Indy

It's been awhile since I've been there, and I almost always just play in the Main Game (5-10 NL and up), but they only used to let you upgrade your chips when you got down to $100 in your stack. ...

Re: Belterra Friday/Saturday???

I'll be there Saturday afternoon at the NL table. I'll be wearing a silly Reds hat that looks like something Gilligan would wear.
