Re: (5.5) - Did I play this AKs poorly?
Well, he had A9 offsuit and took down the pot. I can see the arguments for raising or pushing the flop, even though I would have likely been out of the tournament in 10th place. I think I lost the...

Re: (5.5) - Did I play this AKs poorly?
I was concerned about the flush draw, which is why I gave him 2.9 to 1 to call on the flop. I could have bet a little more to reduce his odds further, but also wanted my bet to look like a standard...

Re: (5.5) - Did I play this AKs poorly?
Question - if you are pushing, how much do you want to get called? Are you pushing to get a better hand to fold, or pushing to take down the pot right here from a worse hand that has a few outs? Or...

Re: (5.5) - Did I play this AKs poorly?
I considered that, but since I raised preflop, villain may be concerned about being outkicked, even though I could have raised 4X from 2nd position with KK, QQ, JJ or TT as well. If I push and he...

Re: Did I play these correctly?
Those plays all look fine, but were your cards that bad or are you perhaps playing a little too tight? Unless almost every hand was raised in front of you, I have to think you were getting good odds...

Re: $5 PS = QQ hand meets 2 aggros - I\'m LOST
Based on how they played it, I can see at least one of them with AJ. You may be up against JJ, but limping from early position is a pretty poor play with that hand because doing so lets Ax and KQ...

btw, something odd in HH. why does it say calls t770? Isn't it just t610 to call after BB out there? 770+SB = the call, but.. that doesn't make sense to me. Am I missing something?

Re: ($5.50) Straight outta here
What did you hope to gain by going all-in with 1100 chips for a 90 chip pot? Nobody has shown any strength, yet there is now a possible flush out there as well as the higher straight. I think a pot...

Re: 5.5: Donk, or good call?
Thanks guys. Villain turned over A6o and I flopped a straight to win the hand. Villain then starts whining about me calling with half my stack. He even hung around to root against me for a while. ...

Just curious - what percentage of the time are you limping 99 from 2nd position?

At these blinds? Probably close to 100%.

Re: (5.5) Nut flush draw - should I continue?
I would have been willing to fold to a re-raise because of the texture of the flop. With the 2 diamonds and 3 high cards and the fact that I raised preflop, if he was willing to raise me in that...

Re: $5: 8 Players Left. Too aggressive?
Here is the result: UTG+2 turns over pocket fours and my fives are good. Final pot: 1880. I more than double up and eventually go on to win the SnG. Thank you all for the responses. I definitely...
