UB: QQ on button early in tourney
I think this is a leak i have to plug in my game. I am by no way a pro and have only finished in the money of MTT twice, i do ok at single tables. This is a UB MTT $5+.5 1000 gurantee tourney.

You are probably ahead.. I like the flat calling the turn. Then a nice size bet on the flop.. I am torn about reraising and pushing on the flop. But showing strength on the flop is a definate....

I wound't bet to any cards. Of course if the flop is low or there is one over card on the flop i would bet see where i am at....

I think a re-raise of 3K would be good with QQ. See where you are at. Don't make it cheap for him. He thinks with that comment he is going to be able to push the table around. You have enough chips...

The problem with the dealers is not the shuffling. It's the bad dealing.. We had a dealer that kept over dealing and giving players extra cards..
In the cash game we had one that kept exposing...
