Bought my wife some nice diamond earrings earlier this year. She hasn't complained about my poker playing since. This move should be +EV.

Re: AK UTG Late Stage of Tourney - results

Re: Cheating: looking for links to old discussions

How are they colluding? Not questioning you. But if you've seen them this much you should be able to use it against them. Just a thought.

Re: AK UTG Late Stage of Tourney

How is just calling if you are staying in to the end. Why go all in and let him fold his worse A or his bluff? He is going to call only if he has the J. Call and let him bluff more chips to you.

You probably won't have to worry about this anymore. You won't have many friends for long acting like this. If your really that good make your money against strangers and drink beers with your...

Wow you have a Tape Recorder and a Rolla-dex. Do you use an Abacus to figure pot odds?

Should I have been in this hand still?

My question is on the flop. The Pot was big and I had an inside str8 draw, backdoor flush draw and an overcard that probably was no good. Do I call the first 2 bets to me on the flop? I think I...

Re: Another 3-6 Empire hand - how many bets did I miss?

I'd 3bet the flop and lead the turn hoping the CO keeps raising.

Re: Right number of bets?

I'd keep betting the river. BB woulda probably gotten fancy if he flopped a flush and not 3 bet the flop. He probably has AxK /images/graemlins/spade.gif. Hit is again and call 3 bet.

Re: Hand O\' the day: K7 flops trip kings.......and I donk him to death

I'd lead the river. You are more likely to get 3 bets in that way, most players will slowdown when checkraised. Otherwise I like it.

Re: Poker Tracker GT+ stats

Once you note a hand or 2 that they raised A6o UTG you can get a decent feel for their play with limited stats.

Also good to know your stats so you can get an idea of your table image.

Re: Blind wars...yet another Chief Vs. Qtip battle...

I run into this situation alot. By the time you get enough bets in to realize the villian really likes his hand the pot is to big to get away from.
