ok, if you want to factor in the number of callers:
bet = chance*pot/(1 - chance(1 + callers))
obviously, if there are no callers this reduces to the previous equation.

How about calculate the number of permutations based on the number of cards used. All the randomness left in the unused part of the deck wouldn’t matter.
