If you expected them to call your push ( the majority of the time) than I think it was definetly a mistake. You just don't want to be getting called with AJ from a limp raise (UTG) and a cold call....

If your alert, there are opportunities to pick off some limpers at level 3. Following the guide early may not be "optimal," but it's not that far off, especially if your multi-tabling at the lower...

You forgot to mention that you will fold KK or AA if you are not first-in during level 1 or 2 because your chances of rivering quads are reduced (The Lorinda defense declined).
