Re: Is this cheating? UB Ultraturbo sng

This is a little more severe than the timed multis, you can burn a whole level by just checking in the big blind, checking after the flop and folding if you take you time making the desisions.

Is this cheating? UB Ultraturbo sng

I have been toying with these the past few days, the blinds increase every 2.5 minutes. I have found that by stalling in certain spots or playing fast in certain spots you can control where the...

Re: TT with limpers in front PF decision

The limpers were the loose assortment, the button (reraiser) seemed solid.

Re: TT with limpers in front PF decision

Yeah thats probally the best I can get, but i figured calling would make at least 6 hands see the flop if it stayed unraised. So if an over hit, and it most likely would, I was probally behind , but...

Re: TT with limpers in front PF decision

I think limping was the best play here, but i just hate to play TT for not much better than set value, espicially the way the table was limping so much at the 100 level.

TT with limpers in front PF decision

Playing at a $5 UB turbo sng, 100BB level. The table was limping way to loosely espicially at this level. 7 or 8 remaining (I'm posting from memory), stack varying between 1300 and 3000, I had about...

Re: AK vs. Aggro

you really weren't facing to much aggro. why did you check the flop if you weren't going for a c/r?

Re: Go broke with QQ overpair?

Your PF raise was to small, put at least 4 in here. Your in bad position so make them pay on the only street you have the position.

Check the turn, the min reraise should set off warning bells....

Re: KQs in 22s

Does anyone like a call here? or is it to vunerable to reraise? or just too speculative to put %20 of your stack in with no FE? As long as the remaining to act haven't shown much aggression I think i...

Re: A-5 vs. 2-7 draws

wow. I'm just getting my feat wet with TD on UB. what has the best action on the 1/2 and 2/4 levels? UB is pretty thin except for the micro limits.

Re: A-5 vs. 2-7 draws

The main reason good hands like (#1-5) occur less frequent is due to 2 reasons. First Hands like 76543, that are draws to powerfull hands, are often forced to be folded, but a draw to the nuts in A-5...

You cant discount a hand from a possible range just because you know that if they have that hand it is being played poorly (wrong).

Re: stars satellite QQ - Am i committed?

I don't think the river was as bad as it looked. The only hand i could put him on that the T helped was KQ, and since you have QQ you really cant be scared of that. If he had 78 or TT he played it...

Re: All in on flush draw

It makes sence to gamble a little more if you know you are the least skilled at the table, But I stll don't think it makes sence to take very bad odds.

it's an interesting question. i think if you're playing this hand in a vacuum, you're right, it's better to bet smaller. but since you would bet 200 with AQo (right?), the information...

Re: AQs hand

I agree, 200 is i bit to big. Not only because of your stack size, but I think in this situation you dont mind drawing hands, since the most likely draw is the flush, and you hope they hit it. I...
