calling raises with those hands doesn't neccessarily make you a bad player, some people can do this correctly (not me),

i was under the impression it was indeed about 7:1, maybe a touch more (7.2:1 or something)

a set by the river is ~4:1 i believe

i don't like raising preflop, i want his QQ/JJ to stay in

and it's a disaster if he pushes preflop with QQ/JJ and i fold getting ~ 3-1 on my money

yeah, i'd probably bet $15-$25, my reasoning is if they're not willing to call this bet here you won't going to stack 'em anyway

this will make it hard for marginal hands to fold
