Re: TruePokerCEO, if you really want innovation, how about this deal?

[ QUOTE ]
The players whoa re playing 30,000 + hands a month are going to play no matter what. Cut off all bonuses, rakeback, and increase rake - They will still be there. That is what you don't...

Re: My TruePoker WSOP 120K Hand Challenge - update # 2

I don't think a "team" approach is the challenge that O'Doyle is looking for, nor do I think he wants to do this either.

However, for arguments sake, I do not think the site would care less who...

Re: NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

I agree with the preflop cap.

Whether you do that or not (as in this case), I would not raise him untill the turn. That flop could not have hit him (barring a smaller set), he does not have A...

Yes its laughable
what about the players already there theyre going to want 75% too

Re: TruePokerCEO, if you really want innovation, how about this deal?

Yeah im sure TruePoker (and other smaller sites) are loaded with strong players.

In fact what makes them such good players is they know how to find the best games. That is, against other strong...

Re: TruePokerCEO, if you really want innovation, how about this deal?

Anyone who generates 7k a month in MGR can get 40% back at Pokerroom and its skins. This 40% is paid back directly to the player by Pokeroom.

And by the way, Pokeroom games are just as good as...

Re: TruePokerCEO, if you really want innovation, how about this deal?

[ QUOTE ]
How many die hard players that play for a living will go and play at True Poker exclusively (or atleast 4 tables when they do play) if they offered even 90% rakeback?

My guess would...

Re: High Volume Players association

You are so simple minded. TruePoker has been around for years. And guess what? And the only reason they are slightly better off then they were when they started is becsause poker is hot right now. ...

Re: My TruePoker WSOP 120K Hand Challenge - update # 2

While you may be incidentally correct that O'Doyles winrate over these 11k hands is due to poor play, your use of statistics is completely wrong.

Breaking even over 9,000 hands is quite normal. If...

Re: TruePokerCEO, if you really want innovation, how about this deal?

I don't know how this could be any clearer.

What would you rather have? 100% of a player who generates $2,000 in rake a year, or 25% of a player who generates $100,000 in rake a year? Who makes...

Re: My first deposit on PokerStars

At 3/6 the bonus comes of incredibly fast. Perhaps just under five hours 4 tabling it..

However, since you are worried about how long and about having 600 tied up, I suspect you are playing very...

Re: The Economics of Rakeback...

The only losers would be affiliates. Players would get higher rakeback.

Since you are an affiliate, then yes, you would lose money.

Re: Stars bonus \"brag\" thread

Lost about $500 in about 1 hour 4 tabling 3/6 after 10 2 outers among other bad beats. I was sitting with less then $100 total on four tables!! Not enough to play, so I tried to redeposit (first...

Re: TruePoker already offers a CASHBACK at 1,500 raked hands/ mo.

So we are on the same page, I consider 4k hands a month childs play, not "high volume". I think I played just under 2k hands yesterday alone.

I think 10k hands a month would be the bare minimum...

Re: Did I play this QQ correctly??

Are you checking to call one bet, but not a bet and raise? Or are you checking because youve conceded the hand after the turn bet failed to eliminate the field?

I know by checking the turn, I have given up on the hand and that a bet is immininent.

I think the problem with betting is that I wont be raised. Any king is going to fear the ace, and any Ace...
