Re: think about this...

The proposed scenario is physically impossible. As soon as the plane starts to move forward relative to the ground by thrusting with it's props or jets, the wheels will move faster than the conveyor...

Re: Comments on this stop and go attempt

You think there is FE preflop against someone with 5BB stack who limp first-to-act?

I don't think so. I like the stop-n-go here.

Let's say he'll do this with any PP, any 2 face, and Ax (x=8) or over. According to Pokerstove, I'm 40% to win against that range, which are good enough pots odds (for whatever pot odds a really...

Call here?

I was thinking about Gigabet's theory and I know this is not exactly applicable since winning will not make me big stack, but I was trying to figure out whether 1500 with 5 left if I lose was much...

Re: ITM Hand - Good/Bad fold?

[ QUOTE ]

I think calling preflop is fine, and I think raising preflop is fine. This decision would be based on my feel for how the BB was playing. If I had more chips than my opponent I'd be a...

Definitely a possibility. IMO, people are being WAY to conservative about the range they could put the SB on in the 10's...

Re: ITM - 3:1 Pot odds - Do you call this?

Oh, and it is not a coinflip, as some people are calling it. The pot odds may be correct but that doesn't make it a coinflip, you still lose the hand 2/3 of the time, at least.

For ICM believers,...

Re: ITM - 3:1 Pot odds - Do you call this?

I voted fold.

The posters that talk about folding here to keep folding equity are correct IMO. Fold now for a better opportunity later. Even if you push with any 2 next hand you likely have as...

Re: Just had to post this :-)

Well I thought it was a hoot that he would push ATo with no folding equity when UTG had 130 chips left and we were on the bubble. I thought some might get a chuckle.

My bad.

Blinds 150/300.

UTG has 130 chips and folds.

I am on Button with AJs. I have 6500 chips. I raise to 1000.

What do you do when you don\'t get any cards?

OK. I'd like to get a dialog going.

You're card dead. It's the middle of a SNG. Not desperate yet but below average, 8 to 12 BBs left. Blinds are starting to get up there. Haven't played many...
