leak in my game need help!

I feel like always wanna slow play a really good hand to get as much value out of it as possible and end up losing the hand..or splitting like in this hand..i know i should have def raised alot more...

what is a good % to see flops? im usually around 40-45% and i think im playing to loose and want to tightien up a bit..I def know i am getting better at this as when i started my flop% was around...

down to the river hero holding AK /images/graemlins/heart.gif board shows 10 Q 5 9 with 2 hearts.. raised all in.. do i call? figure my outs are any A,K,J or any heart.. was short stacked to begin...

I know what u're gonna say raise more raise more dont slow play.. but i had a really good read on both players as very loose/aggressive and knew they would bite and bet. Feels good to have a strategy...

Stop counting pot size in front of them, do it in your head as play goes around. No need to key them into such simple advantages.

Just curious that if statistically the right play is to call but you are almost certain you will lose the hand, do u still call? And why?

thanks i was just so happy that i found $$ in my account in PP that i just jumped into a 5$ game for kicks and won it.. PP hasn't been able to run on my computer for awhiel so i finally redownloaded...
