Re: $11: Call this early position push

[ QUOTE ]
why would you even think about calling here? you're only getting 1.4:1 and there is a player still to act after you. i'm assuming that you're the sb, correct?

Unless the blinds are especially tight, fold.

Re: $11 AK after flop

1) No, you should raise
2) EZ push with that monster draw

Re: Push any 2?

EZ push at those blinds, especially with that short stack.

Re: ($22) AQ, Min raised on the flop.

I fold pre-flop. I hate this hand with small blinds, out of position. Oh, rant aside, push the flop.

Re: $11: Standard play?

1) Push
2) Fold (my gut, no checking SNGPT)
3) Fold, although subtract 100 chips and I push (also no SNGPT check)

Re: $22 - JJ facing a raise preflop

I'm more apt to fold here. That raise looks too standard, despite his earlier play. But then again, I lean towards weak-tight in spots like this.

Re: $22 - 66, overpush with 8 BB?

Hero folds. I hate calling with small pairs in general, much less so with that many players left to act.

End of story: Hero pushes, SB and BB fold.

Re: $22: J10, forced to take a stand?

End of story: Hero, like a lame ass, folds. Not sure what I was thinking.

Re: $22: More bubble fun, this time with AQs

End of story: Hero calls, villain shows 10,4 clubs and takes down the pot when a ten pops up on the flop.

Re: $11: JJ early game, interesting hand

Either take a small stab on the flop or don't put chips in. You've got no idea where you are when you're calling the turn and river.

Re: Fold AK to re-raise?

Fold. Unless you have an unusual read that the SB is uber-aggressive. This kind of smallish (2-3X) re-raise means monster way too often to tangle. I don't like a flat call for 25% of the stack...

Re: $22: More bubble fun, this time with AQs

I just note hands while playing where I had a hard time making up my mind as to the right play. No fiction here.

For the above reasons I would also guess fold.
