i would agree that a turn check is *somewhat* more acceptable against an unknown at higher levels. but that is because an unknown at higher levels is more likely to be a decent player than one at...

hmmm, if villain is truely loose passive, then i think he can be calling you here with any 8,10,5, or 6.

in other words lots of hands you beat. simple counter loose passive strat suggests you B/F...

if he raises you then its time to rethink, but at no stage in the hand at all has villain given you any reason whatsoever to feel...

if youre calling the turn raise here, you call the river bet.

unless the BB is rasing a draw on the turn here some substancial percentage of the time, nothing has changed.

ahhh right, thanks for the info. i knew it was something along those lines.

i read someplace there was a program that sat on top of PT and could tell you exactly what your MGR was basically.

yeah, pretty much what i thought. i just wanted to hear from other people to confirm that this wasnt spewage.

i only need to be ahead >50% of the time for my bet/raises to have value.

villain is a *total* maniac. i saw him bluff cap river with hands like 8 high, and even showdown simalar hands. it is very likely he was completely drunk perhaps, who knows. anyway i was happy to...
