Re: This hand busted me in a 20+2... can you find fault in my play? (noob)

Why the minraise preflop? I would prefer to either fold, limp or make a reasonable raise(say 2.5-3x bb). Given that your chipstack is low (play tighter early!) and the blinds total about 1/8th your...

Re: WTF_PWNED by small stack?

Grit your teeth and put him all in. This is probably a leak in my game - but at this point with QQ and him having such a short stack - if he hit his K I'm willing to pay him off.

Re: Some help with a hand please

I would agree here - why not all in preflop after his raise?
After the flop, I would agree with mucking as well

Re: Amazing Hand. Stars SNG

Once he raised to 300, your raise to 890 made it so that he has 590 to call to win 1290 so he has 2 to 1 odds. If he folds he's at 2005 chips which is a shorter stack in relation to the table,...

Re: How much do you think you lost playing SNGs before you became a winner

1200 in the course of 1 year in 3 deposits playing for fun. Then I got serious and started studying it - now I've made that back + a little more.

Re: Act I at Foxwoods

I don't see any valid option other then to push. A raise of 400-500 is going to leave you with almost no chips - so your going to be pot commited anyway. Also, Your going to get called anyway - so...

Re: Your read on villian

full table second round of $22?
I wouldnt give the villain credit - I'd say trying to leave himself some chips in case it didnt work out. At higher buy-in's I'd give him more credit.

Re: Anyone still beating the Party $10+1?

I'm still beating it - but only at 20% ROI, but I'm in the process of switching to 20+2's... so I'm alternating them right now.
