I'd fold the flop after the 3 bet and cap. I wouldn't want to call 2 more bets hoping to draw out to overcards that could already be in my opponents...

how would he have quads with Hero holding an ace?
and who raises PF with A2 or A4?

22 or 44 would have bet out higher on the flop to kill draws...and would have PROBABLY bet less and trapped on...
