Re: Wiping off the fullring rust

First hand looks good, second one is a loose PF call especially unsuited, where I probably fold.

Re: Freeipods, FreeTVs, etc... not spam folks, looking for MTT thought

If anyone is actually serious about doing this, I'm willing to get with 5 other people and find 5 sites which each require 5 referrals, and complete them quickly. I've completed a few offers and...

Re: Do I have enough to call?

you're getting 1-5.7 on your call, and assuming your 5's, Aces, and tens are good, you have 10 outs, so it doesn't look too bad to me. Why didn't you bet the flop?

Re: \"The Dreaded Ace\"?

Clearly it depends on the stakes and whether it is NL or L, but I always lead out with my pp if I preflop raised. If I just limped for a set I fold. If it's called I bet again on the turn and...

Re: AKs with trips?

Thanks bozlax, your posts made me really rethink this hand and see how bad some decisions were. They make complete sense and I will definitely reread and take them into account when I'm playing.

Re: AKs with trips?

thanks, I was in a downswing during this hand and had to see that it wasn't affecting me. Anyways, he had 3s, hooray. Despite that I should be raising it like a bitch I still get queezy capping...

AKs with trips?

UTG is LAG maniac 33/20, raising with midpair and other stuff. Initially I thought maybe KK or AA, but after the river...Was my play here OK? Slow down/bet anywhere? Thanks.

A-10os preflop?

I've been having problems playing ace 10 preflop. Assuming a loose passive table with ~5 to the flop, what should I do EP, MP, or LP?

Right now I raise when first in or if only 1-2 ahead of me...

Re: Playing Pocket JJs and TTs

I'm surprised so many people fold them. Usually I'll reraise depending on their pfr% and what I've seen. With no reads I'll reraise and if it's capped call and play the flop carefully, but be ready...

Re: Advice on AQ

FWIW backdoor straight draw as well. 6 people to a 3bet flop is giving 1:19? I think on the flop after the BB bets.

Re: Small pocket pairs. Am I leaking

I usually reraise with 9's, but if capped I'll slow down. As for 88-22, if there's a good amount of people in and the blinds are loose and will call, I sometimes call a raise to try and hit a set.

Hey, also from Seattle here. Only played at Goldie's, Drift on Inn, and Kenmore Lanes though because I'm still 18. Do pretty well at them, those games are fun, and everyone is pretty nice. ...

Re: QQ with ace flopped?

Ok the main thing was I guess the overlying question of do I assume I'm in a loose game. That was the reason I wasn't sure if, void of reads, people would bet here. My AF is pretty healthy at 2.2,...

Re: QQ with ace flopped?

Because of the no draws, why do I bet the turn after betting the flop if I get called? Isn't that just asking to be called by a-x? Especially why do I bet with the 9 on the turn?

thanks for the...

QQ with ace flopped?

Yo, I'm curious as to what others at these limits do when an ace flops with 99+ pairs that have 4 players or so. I figured because I'm acting first I would check and fold to a bet. With no reads,...

If you're willing to grind at the nanos, you might as well look into casino bonuses, they are probably much faster than playing poker to build your BR.
