fold a,10. a,j and k,q will both be pretty close in ev if you raise or call, but I think the standard is to raise both of them

laptops are not an issue with resolution as long as you upgrade to wuxga. This lets you fit four with no overlap.

I do think it's prob close, but is calling a raise after one coldcaller with j,9s +ev. given the raiser is a little laggy but I still don't like the idea of having to play this for a raise oop in the...

I agree, but I'm trying to get a feal for the situational times when this would be right, I dont think i ever really see these kinds of thing being discussed on here, at least not in the small stakes.

anytime other then weekend nights i have a very hard time finding very many 30's i think most of the time I settle for some 26's. Am I not looking hard enough?

I'm still struggling to get my vpip a little higher and just had a few questions on common situations. Just assume a typical 2/4 mix of players

a,10 mp1 all folds to you
k,j mp1 all folds to you...
