the catch is the federal wire tap act, which prohibits sending transmissions across state...

do you shuffle and redeal after each hand -- that's how we play. we also play if a tie, then both players match the pot. i have only seen it once, though. and yeah, i wanna see that paper!!

thanks wingnut. so it's kind of like a "burn" but the stakes go up either a half bet or full bet. that makes sense. now i have one more question: why are they called "kills"?
