Woah, I must be too loose PF. I would have played it the same and thought that the CO was sandbagging the river. I think this too much though and a river fold is probably better

Dont like the river raise. The flush is unlikely since its a runner runner but any 9 now beats you and J9,T9,Q9 are all possible holdings as well as some 2 pair hands.

Hand one, on the flop I think you have to decide weather to continue or fold. I think it is better to just fold the flop since it is also double...

Since you have position, raise the flop. A 3bet will tell you that your behind and if its called you may get a free card.

As you played it, I fold the turn. Its a small pot and its not worth...

As you called, I would probably bet the flop. An A will have probably continued betting or will c/r you here. This board scared him and you are not completely bluffing so weak PP...
