Re: Duke-Va Tech

My room mate's GF was at this game so we were watching it. She actually made it on camera twice. That was the most amazing ending of a game I have ever seen. The tip in, only to lose to a half...

19 and I either 4 table 2/4 or 3 table 1/2 6max. Sometimes I take shots at 3/6 short but only 1 table at a time.

Re: Dealing with posters.....

I think this move depends a lot on table image and postflop playing ability. For all you know you might even be able to get heads up against one of these posters or the BB, and they might read your...

Re: $10-$20 live game, pocket Kings in the BB and your opponent is ...

Check call. I think sometimes this play will be made with the flush draw, and sometimes with the OESD, so I think a call is in order with such a big pot.

Re: Call down the donkey c/r with MPTK?

With an aggression factor of .6 what do you think villian is raising with? I think against this kind of opponent you can bet the turn and fold to a raise.

scarey turn card for JJ

Typical 2/4 players, MP3 is 50/0/.3, button is 37/0/.5 and BB is 60/10/.6

Anyone play the turn differently? What if I bet out and get raised? Easy fold right?

Re: $10-$20 live game, pocket Kings in the BB and your opponent is ...

I would 3 bet the flop and lead the turn. I dont like calling and going for a checkraise because it is too likely a flush or straight draw will check behind on the expensive street and fold the...

Re: Isolating a bluffer on the river

There are way to many other people in this hand for you to bluff raise on the river. If this villian doesnt have you beat, on of the other people in the hand must have an ace or queen at the least. ...

Re: Flopping a set and the board gets ugly

I think if you are going to check this flop with this many people you should be doing so with the intention of check raising to thin the field. I like the rest though.

Re: Turn play w/ JT on button

If when playing this hand you told yourself you were going to fold to a 3-bet then you should just call his donk bet on the turn. You get to the river this way and see a showdown for the same price...

Re: Bellagio 15/30 A3s

What kind of player is the BB? For some reason this looks like a poorly played KJ on his part. Or maybe I just dont think on the bright side. I think you should probably bet and call a raise. If...

Re: 100 nl flop decision

Ok, let me expand the rand it include KQ, which splits, JJ, TT, 99, AJ, AT, and KJ. He is ahead to only 3 of those hands . I still like a fold.

Re: 100 nl flop decision

Why not just call the flop? With a PFR of 6, his range of hands is AA, KK, AK and QQ, and MAYBE AQs from UTG+1. All of those hands you are behind to at this point. I think one can also make a case...

Yes I won the hand. Thought the results were posted. The SB had A4o for a pair for 4s on the turn. The BB had QTo. For the next 15 minutes the BB was bitching at the SB for donk betting every...
