Results and some thoughts

Villian has A /images/graemlins/diamond.gif K /images/graemlins/diamond.gif for the turned nut flush. The river brings a K and he takes the pot as a 2:1 underdog.

Re: Playing in a tough game, anyone like this line?

Re: Playing in a tough game, anyone like this line?

Re: Playing in a tough game, anyone like this line?

Thanks.. I hope I'm just not going insane here.

Re: Playing in a tough game, anyone like this line?

I believed my tens were the best hand preflop. I pinned his raise (in this very aggressive game against a very aggresssive player) as a steal to pick up weak limps. He overbets the pot preflop...

Exactly why I thought his bet was full of it. If he has a set, he would either be slightly...

Re: Playing in a tough game, anyone like this line?

So theres no way you could see villian make a play here?

I want more analysis of the turn bet based on my preflop and flop actions. I mean, its friggin huge. What kinda value does he expect to be...

Re: Playing in a tough game, anyone like this line?

I agree that I thought I was ahead before the flop.

Against an unknown, is villian's line really the way to get paid off with a set? I called his flop bet easily and portrayed certainty. He would...

Playing in a tough game, anyone like this line?

At this particular table are a couple of regulars from 200NL/400NL (TAG for the most part), an unknown, and Luckyliu, a player who has been at the top of the Pokerstars Tournament Leader Board more...
