I've used the never ending bonus at Absolute to get some experience at the 6-max tables. The bonus is much easier to clear there and the games are livlier.

The Peppermill had a nice selection of low limit games when I was there a few months ago. Non-Smoking room and the games were very loose passive that weekend.
