Results
After I bet the river MP folded and the button called. The button took the high with 23xx for the low end of the straight. I did not get quartered.

If this hand was at the same stakes as the other hand you posted, I'd raise. Usually A2xx with a suited ace is a very strong hand in a multi-way pot, but your particular hand is just about the worst...

At those stakes I'd check, but in a higher stakes game I'd bet to drive out gutshots, backdoor lows, and non-nut flush draw.

Regardless of how many "smart" gamblers there are, they will bet substantially more than a square when they have a big advantage. Catching a middle around the 3 is huge, and a LOT of smart money...
