Re: Cleaned hands part B

I definatly think I play better when I'm only playing one table. But this does hwlp me to see where I might be tempted to play places that I shouldn't.

Re: Cleaned hands part B

1B: 3hKcKh: Looks good.

2B: 2h4hJh: Nice hand, you didn't raise the 1st time around on 4th almost like you knew seat 6 was going to, was that the plan?

3B: Ts8s8d: I guess I bet out on 5th...

Re: Cleaned hands part B

1A: JdTd7d: Looks good, I like the check raise on 4th if you can hit your flush. If it wasn't a probably pair of Aces are you going to lead into seat 3 for the potential to win with a big pair?

Re: Hitting the breaks with burried aces

Seems really solid. I'm curious what seat 4 is doing? Can he really have split kings and think he's behind to your pocket aces or is he on some type of a draw as well?

Re: SDM\'s 7CS4AP Questions Thread

If you have the 55K, you need to get the queens out. Say you make TT55K, you were able to catch-up on the aces but if the Q's makes QQ77 you lose. Hen you have 5KK, then you make your 2 pair KKxx...

Re: Most recent 100 hands challenge?

I'll give it a try at work tomorrow. Seems I had issues with the Find VP$IP button but I should be able to figure it out.

Re: Do you ever fold the river if you can beat villain\'s board?

One thing is that you don't have to be right very often for this to be a winning play in the long run, and I like you am supprised by what will win sometimes.

A few days ago I was calling along...

Re: results

He's very bad, but you played it just fine. You can't expect everyone you play against to be this big of a donkey. Put him on you buddy list and you'll get the rest in the future.

Re: Most recent 100 hands challenge?

Im up for this, my last 100 were part of one of my first attempts at multi-tabling (so I'm sure I made some mistakes). What do you want me to do with them?

Re: 2 Hands: Not aggressive enough + Too aggressive?

Well, one thing in this situation is that you only have a 2 flush and not a 3 flush like in the TOP example (the 15% one). I try my best to fold those hands as well, half the time I succeed.

Re: SDM\'s 7CS4AP Questions Thread

Your 39% to 61% to win this hand in a showdown (giving villian a K /images/graemlins/diamond.gif and a 4 /images/graemlins/heart.gif in the hole). That rasies to 41% to 59% if you give yourself the...

Re: raising for a cheap showdown

I'd bet on 5th here, everyone seems to be on some type of a draw (or like seat 6 that seems to be playing neither a pair OR a draw) and betting on 5th will drive out the ones that have missed instead...

Re: MTT Hand - Hidden Jacks hand

I think if you want to play this hand, you should be willing to play it for all your chips. Do you have any type of a read of on the Queen, like will he fold if you raise here? Can we assume that...

Re: First of Many

I understand what your saying here. I guess it kind of depends on weather the players will fold here from a late position bet when they already have put money in the pot. If the Queen completes and...

Re: I put my opponent on a steal..

Ok, keep in mind that I don't play anywhere near this level. Having said that if I'm choosing this particular hand to stand up with then I re-raise him directly on third street. Let him know right...

I read an article recently (I think in Card Player, but I can't find it now) about the 2 biggest mistakes in 5 Card Stud.

1. Betting the river when you will only get called by a hand that will...
