You may want to define the year to determine which books are eligible. Two reasonable ways would be to go by the copyright year or the date of release as listed at Amazon.com. I would expect these...

As I recall, the books by Thorpe and Epstein don't have any game theory content. The book by Packel has one chapter on the subject.
