Adjustment to loose passive passive passive game.
Ok, I'm on the button with pocket nines. I've seen people limp with pocket tens, pocket jacks and pocket queens. About half the time pocket kings will raise PF and half the time it won't. I saw...

Re: For what its worth.
I put him on the nuts flush. Calling me down with top pair and got excited when he made his flush. I can't put him on limping with pocket aces or calling with a set on the flop and quads on the...

Re: Problem with AQo
If you are playing no fold em hold em. AQo isn't that good. No opportunity to make a big hand. You'd rather flop a flush draw than TPTK.
On a loose passive table I'll call a raise with it but...

When he 4-bets, ask him if he knows the board is paired. If he looks unhappy with this, 5-bet; else, call.

Re: How far to push third nut
I lied. He calls my 5-bet and turns over pocket aces. I wonder why he didn't six bet. Isn't SSH a great game? I hope this hand was of interest and it's not just a bad beat story. I'm curious...

How far to push third nut
Brick and Mortar $2-$4. The usual loose passives. No real reads on the villein. A quiet unassuming guy who kind of flies under the radar. This is a half kill ($3-$6) pot so to raise I have to...

Re: Sanity Check
How loose can it be if you are heads up? ATo is not a very good multi-way hand but if raising can isolate you, sounds good.

Re: 9-handed vs. 10-handed
Say you are playing with a bunch of calling stations. So more people see the flop 10 handed than 9 handed. Now you want to play more suited hands 10 handed than 9 handed. perhaps all KXs or...

Re: Party 15: Sicilian Dragon
A rock calls your raise and still bets out. I don't know I'd even call on the turn. I'm folding the river unimproved.

Re: playing the role of the table bully
It's a kill pot. I'm in the small blind with AQs. The poster raises. I'm the only caller. The flop is K-x-x. I check fold. He turns over 84o (no pair). Just screwing around because he is on a...

Re: In the mind of the Donk
That you'll fold the turn if they bet? This way they've extracted two bets from you. I've seen it too except the guy called my raise with rag rag unsuited and made two pair on the turn.

Re: Pre-flop question.
6:1. I'm one of seven people. I have a 10% chance of flopping a flush draw which will hit 1/3 of the time. And I have have to worry about a fourth spade on the table or somebody with bigger...

If I stayed, I would have...

Pre-flop question.
$2-$4 brick and morter. Not as loose passive as on the weekend but still L-P. I'm one off the button with 5 /images/graemlins/spade.gif-4 /images/graemlins/spade.gif. Four limpers to me. I call. ...
