Re: 10/20: blind defense round 5, part 1 - 33

Tan,

Yes it does! In fact, I love defending small pairs to a steal raise this way. It works beautifully. First, I just call preflop to see if I like the flop. A-K-10 I hate, 10-7-5 I love,...

Re: Is Playing Poker Professionally Ethical?

You make good points, but each of our comments are based on assumptions about the percentage breakdown of the types of players contributing to the game. I wonder if any studies have been done to...

ÖÖO,
Thanks very much for your great analysis. You effectively summed up many points about poker that I've also come to realize and agree with. It is a complex issue, however, and many of your...

Re: I need to be making more folds like this one?

I think this is a definite fold on the TURN. You read him for a bigger ace. Also, utg called two bets cold on the flop. Not only is he going to come in with a winner a good percentage of the time,...

Re: 10/20 ...any insight?

Hi there. I play 10/20 six-handed at Party and I've been very successful at it. While every table is very different, I find many of the 10/20 games to be fairly aggressive. By that I mean: it's...
