Here's the thing - I knew he had it. It was either AA or QQ since I held Kings.

If you always protect your hand on 2 suited flops regardless of the number of opponents or other flop texture, that's a bigger leak than a minor quibble over whether a pot is...

Re: HU hand

Scuba...he has less than 8 BB. There is just no way you are going to play Q9o profitably enough postflop to make up for the...however many BB you make from pushing this.

I could see it with 76s...

Re: tricky TPNK hand 15/30

I would bet the flop. If I didn't bet, given this table, I would check the turn expecting to call a bet from the CO with the best hand.

Given the way the hand played out, I would grudgingly fold...

Re: Come watch Adanthar beat me up

Yeah, although rebuying isn't as profitable as at Party because no one else does.

Re: 99 HU for Australia Package~

As far as I am concerned, once he calls the flop raise and the worst card in the deck hits, this hand is over. It might be closer if you had the 9s, or it might not.

I would play it much much...

Finished first on a loosish/pot odds call. Never actually won one of these before although I've been bad beat out of a couple - thanks for the sweat.

Now I'm only a couple of grand down for the...

Re: Super Thursday QQ Hand, On The Bubble

I think I reraise PF, CR push the flop, or lead the flop pretty much in that order (and I'm leading so I can call a push.)

It sucks being the bubble boy but there's not much you can do about it...

Re: ($33) Playing from the blinds: 86o

I like leading vs. two opponents but three's about my limit. It's not reverse implied odds, it's just 'hey, do I have the best hand? No? OK then.'

When you check and there's a bet/call in front,...

You're right, I should also have said 'or he'll fold'...but if he folds the hand is over/uninteresting (and if he pushes obviously we call).

We expect him to call and proceed as such because that...

Re: Flopped nuts in Party rebuy, 4 players

Here is what I would be very tempted to do: open push the flop.

It is almost guaranteed that the PFR either hit this flop somehow or has an overpair. It is also almost guaranteed that your push is...

1)You really do need eight/ten/twelve people that are going to actually complete all their...
