Re: KQs.......standard?

I'm confused you didn't raise that flop and why did you bet river into 3 players knowing that any ace will beat you?

Re: Badly confused

My standard line would be to c/r the flop, bet out the turn with the intention of folding right away if raised.
I think the concept of betting rather than calling if you have a hand worth calling...

Re: QTs.......post-flop standard?

I don't mind not folding any hands we beat..?
Anyway, I think villian will call a lot of times even if he doesn't have a heart. Reason for saying is because this is such an obvious spot for a bluff...

Re: Set of Kings (FTP 3/6)

I don't think you ever can lay down a top set improving to FH, no matter what actually.

Re: Is this painfully standard? QQ fold on flop...

I would have a hard time folding it, typical me would be to call the flop and flod the river when bet into again. I'm sure the right thing to do is to fold, second best is probably to raise the flop...

Re: Playing 99/TT to passive?

Preflop you can raise and reraise both hands. I hate coldcalling, and your tens are good enough for a reraise.
I would bet the flop in both hands. You have overpair, just bet, I would even 3-bet if...

Re: AQ....brain is mush.

Looks like a nice spot for a check raise? Hoping to get it heads up with button and his overs.

Re: Dammit. Gotta hate this

Funny post, I think yo played it right up until the river. On the turn there are so many possible hands that you are ahead of such as QQ, AKs, possibly AK or AQs and you have to call. On the...

Re: I CAPPED AJs MULTIWAY!

grunch
I guess the no brainer part of the cap preflop is that you have equity enough to build the pot if your nut flush draw hits?
For the rest if it, I would guess that SB held a pair of 4:s,BB I...

Re: Blind defense or spewing?

grunch
I'm absolutely not expert on this, but I'm currently playing prima 1/2 and it's a constant blind war.
1/ I'd 3-bet to make sure BB doesn't come along. Then:
b/c
c/c
b/f (or if he's...

Re: AK ragged board

I think you should check, since:
-To me it looks as if CO could be on a draw, if he checks through you can be pretty sure he is.
-I don't think you will fold them both with a bet, and you don't...

Re: JJ with Two Over Cards on the Flop

Grunch: Since BB's calling range preflop is huge you can't really put him on a hand, except maybe that he doesn't have a monster. I think you either way behind or ahead. A play I been thinking about...

Re: QQ, strange action

grunch
I'd guess SB was semi-bluffing with a flush draw, probably one with outs to overpair worth to protect. When he missed he could beat only a bluff and decided to fold the river. I think UTG had...

Re: I must be doing something wrong here.

grunch
1/I'd switch to call down mode after being C/R on the turn. (converted in a strange way..)
2/BB appears to be on a draw, bet.
3/Fine, call, I'm curious what he had
4/ Fold preflop

Re: Limping/Spewing with 55

grunch

I think your straight and set outs are clean here, and I also think it is likely that your pair won't hold up to SD.
Based on this I don't see the point of betting/raising as you don't...

Bet 365 Sign up + Promotion

I joined Bet365 earlier this month. I have understood that I'm entitled to both the $100 Bonanza and a $50 sign up. Is that right? If so, how do I claim, should I claim the sign up first with an...

Re: K4s in SB

blind post
Pre-flop: I would fold, but I agree with the way you think. You're getting 6:1,5 in immediate odds, but probably 10:1,5. I would certainly call with a pocket pair, about the suited cards...

Small FD from SB

I played this at prima and haven't found a converter.

I dealt Jc 5c in the SB

EP3, MP3 and Button limps, I limp and BB comes along

Flop comes 8c Ac 8d (5 SB)

EP3 checks, MP3 bets, Button...

Re: Ducks

blind post
I would go for a check raise on that flop, it is quite likely that UTG+2 will bet, and you can gain some value while ahead and squeeze UTG for two cold.
Turn is fine, when it comes 2...

Re: A-10os preflop?

I'm folding EP-MP3, raising first in MP2-Button, limping the rest never cold calls. Also fold against raise both blinds except on a steal attempt.

Re: .50/1 JJ in BB

A normal capping range from UTG would be QQ-AA (18 combos) and AKs (4 combos). It means that you're behind 80% of the time, drawing to at the best two outs. I think this fold is correct.

Edit:...

Re: 2 hands, advice please

Hand 1/ Raise or fold, just calling would be really weak. Raise since you hopefully make the blinds fold and it also gives you a better idea of how much UTG likes his hand. If he 3-bets I would put...
