If you are intent on getting your stack in the middle, you dont have to do it now. You could min-re-raise now, and push on any turn card. I think this would scare more than All in now.

If hes real aggressive, you need to make it hurt more preflop.
I think Im beat here because most super agg players dont use "All In" to push you off pots.
