Re: Live NL Flop decision

[ QUOTE ]
i'd probably push.

This is a guaranteed case of only getting called if you're beat.

Re: Live NL Flop decision

i'd probably push. if you call, a turn heart makes this hand impossible to play right oop. a fold is out of the question against normal live game button limping hand range.

Re: 5/10 stars overpair in an uncomfortable spot

if he is an unknown, i think you want to show this down. you can't just go around folding overpairs to aggressive players without a read. you can raise small now and check behind on river or call...

Re: 50/100 hand vs. KKF

i think you should probably start making this reraise with a T or 66. KKF knows you can't have a T here? i don't know much about poker, but it seems like that can't be good for you.

Re: Can I ever lay this down or do I have to pay off?

from your description of villain, i'd guess you were looking at a set (is he ever limping along in MP with AK?). but i've seen some stupid things live, and that pot is pretty big, so i'd pay it off....

Re: A live hand for once in my life...

[ QUOTE ]
Right, so you should call the whole way for I'm guessing about $200+ with AA even though you're at least 70% beat after with a bet and a call on a board that's dry as a bone.

Or you can...

Re: (Nothing Special) - River 5/10 6max

i can't think of many hands he can have here that you are beating. 8c9c? maybe? so being out of position with a hand that is probably behind, i'm not sure you can do much better than 0 ev (check...

Re: Results.

i hate raising oop with hands like this. you just can't know where you stand if he calls you. for this particular hand, i like either a lead or cr on the flop. i'm not sure what the point of...

Re: 2/4 party top two river decision

Posting any reads are helpful, without them I could only guesstimate what percentage of the time you're good here. The way it's played, smells like a set, but the difference between call...

Re: Did I get bluffed or did I actually learn to fold aces?

if you are both playing with $1000 stacks, i think you should call the turn.

2/4 party top two river decision

i'm not sure where i'm at here. if bb flopped 2p, i'm good. if he flopped a set, i'm not. any thoughts? my line is standard, right? i call the minraise on the turn so i don't have to think too...

Re: \"can i have any fukin luck ??\"

it is fine to 3bet with kings. it is not okay to min-reraise, though. it announces your hand without getting in enough money. with stacks the way they were, it should go all in on the 3 bet.
