What sample size does conventional wisdom say is enough to begin to have a confidence factor of +/- 10% in win rate?

AQo on button vs. raise and 3 cold calls
2nd orbit - no stats on any players - table seems typical 3-5 players to the flop.
Normally I fold AQo vs. a raise, here I decided not to, whatcha think?
