Anyone have any thoughts on the best palying surface to put on a home built poker table? I used wool felt for my first cover, BIG mistake! It didn't last three hands before it started to ball up...

I always play "Call your hand"...but the entire poker world says cards speak...which is fine. The bottom line is make the rules clear BEFORE the game begins...then everyone knows what the rules are....
