Re: A table full of multitablers...

You would have to be a pretty poor player to not have an advantage over most multi tablers. They simply play too straightforward.

If you're in doubt, datamine some tables for a while then watch em...

Re: I hate bottom two pair

I've shown down trashy hands but I haven't done anything ridiculously stupid. No one has played back at me although it's just now getting to the point where it's obvious that I'm raising...

Re: I feel like people are taking advantage of my continuation bets...

Like another poster said, don't always c-bet. I like to check sometimes for those paying attention, and being OOP is a better time to do it.

Re: beating predictable TAGs

When you call their pf raise with position, on a non A/K flop, call their c-bet, when they check the turn, 3/4 pot it.

I would call because villain is aggressive and your image is tight.

The probability forum would help you out better.

WHAT?!

[/ QUOTE ]

Villain has a PFA of 3.62. Please tell me any set or trips he plays this horribly.

If he was assuming hero might have a draw, why not charge him for it?

Re: Nut Flush on paired board ....

Only hand to worry about is 99. Villain is too aggressive to be playing a set, trips this passively, pot it.

There's only one hand you beat and a lot you don't, fold.

Re: 1/2 NL

To get more response, don't post the results and try to give a read on villain.

Re: Little Green Book Strategy

Players aren't good enough (observant, able to fold) at these limits to respond properly to the tactic. You lose.

Besides, there's no need to, there's a more optimal strategy.

No reads on SB.

[/ QUOTE ]

SB is a donk /images/graemlins/grin.gif

The weak bet on the turn is asking for it. Pot it, then you could release to a re-raise.

Re: How to play like a SAG? (super-aggressive)

rcs how many tables do you play this way?

I agree with Rob, in the evening it is more profitable to multi table TAG, than to try and play SAG (except maybe against certain weak tight opponents)....

Re: How to play like a SAG? (super-aggressive)

I like your basic idea except open raising any two or raising behind limpers with any two. Be a little more selective on your hand range and everything else looks good.

Since nobody is likely to...

Re: Difficult Turn Decision

With those stats and aggression bet the turn. It's hard to put someone tight/passive on only a draw on the flop with that action.

Re: 2/4 NL, am I a tilt monkey?

I think calling the flop is fine since you have position.

I would check or pot the turn.

Value bet the river if you can get away from a re-raise.

Re: 2/4 NL- How to extract the minimum

The turn check push is too strong. The way you played it I would donk minraise him back. People love reading crap into that move.

Preferrably lead out a 3/4 pot bet on the turn and hope he raises,...
